For those who have yet to be saved...
When we realize what Christ, the Lamb of God, has done to make possible the forgiveness of sin; should we not turn to Him by faith, trusting in His work to save us from our sins and secure our eternity with Him.

Saviour, Redeemer, Lamb of God . . . favourite titles of our Saviour.
ReplyDeleteHow great was His gift to us! how complete! how undeserved yet unreservedly given!
And as you say . . . how right that we should give ourselves in the same way, for we are NOT our own. We are bought with a price.
Angela,
ReplyDeleteI agree fully... just His titles declare so much about Him! My favorite is Lord!
Lord bless you.
Rob, what an amazing compilation of verses referencing the Lamb of God. I've never had it laid out so beautifully for me before. I appreciate it so much.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite verses are the ones in Revelation. I could read them over and over. What an assurance of His love and the hope we have in Him.
Joy,
ReplyDeleteChrist being pictured as the Lamb of God is such an easily understood picture of His innocence, submission and sacrifice. I thank the Lord for giving us these simple pictures to illustrate Christ's greatness.
